The funds have not arrived in my HedgeFlows account. What can I do?

Depending on the origin of your funding payment and your chosen payment method, we may receive funds in minutes, or it can take up to several business days.

If you have transferred Pounds Sterling from your account in the UK using the Faster Payments Scheme (FPS), our banking partner will normally receive the funds almost instantly, although sometimes can take up to 2 hours.  Other payment methods in Pounds Sterling result in payments being processed on the same or the following business day. 

Euro payments via SEPA are normally processed on the same or the following business day.

Other currencies, particularly when processed via the SWIFT network, may require additional time for the funds to reach us.

Check with your sending bank about their payment processes and timelines.

If you are certain that the payment has left the sending bank, these are the steps you can take to check your payment or help us locate it for you:

1. Check the payment instructions, including your unique ID reference. Your unique ID reference has the format of 112233-98765 and stays constant for your account with HedgeFlows.

2. If you have sent funds using SWIFT transfer - request MT103 from your bank.

3. Request SWIFT GPI from your sending bank.

 

I forgot/entered an incorrect unique ID reference on my transfer. What to do?

If you have forgotten to include your unique ID reference on your payment, we won't be able to auto-allocate it to your account. Please email us (support@hedgeflows.com) a copy of the payment confirmation from your sending bank or MT103 if you've made a SWIFT payment, and we will work with our banking partners to locate your funds.
